Hey There!

I’m happy to share a little more about me with you. I think it is important to know if I will be a good fit for you. Let me tell you a little bit about my photography background.

It started in 2019, when I took a solo trip to Italy and decided to capture the moments. Little did I know that this would be the start of an incredible journey. I fell in love with photography and started learning everything I could about it.

Before my trip, a good friend and photographer named Antonio advised I learn how to shoot manual and never look back to auto. I followed his advise, went home, learnt, practiced, and got better before my trip.

During my trip in Italy I took amazing photos such as the ones you can see below. I shot everything in manual and it took some time to get good, but as time went on I noticed my improvement.

After my trip, I returned home and learned more about editing, gear, and the technicality of photography. I read books and watched Youtubers such as Peter McKinnon and Chris Hau to learn more.

Inspired by other photographers such as Sorelle Amore and Laura BC I took my new hobby and art form into something tangible. During my last semester of graduate school I created Habanero Production and embarked on a new mission; to make my own photography business. Through this business I hope to bring value into other people’s lives in the way photography has brought value to mine.

I LOVE the beach. I wish I had grown up near one and I plan on moving somewhere with a beach in the future. For now, Lake Travis and Barton Springs Pool suffice!

And well, last thing you probably did not know is that besides a photographer, I am also a Registered Dietitian. I work with clients all over the country to reach their nutrition goals, prevent, and manage chronic disease.

Other Things you probably don’t know about me…

Besides traveling, my other hobbies are cycling and tennis. I have been a tennis player since I was 7 or 8 years old and at one point my dream was to go pro. I also love road cycling and would love to train for a race in the future.

I have a deep love for dogs. When I am older I would love to start a non-profit to build a dog shelter and adoption center to get all the doggies off the streets. My favorite dogs are Dachshunds and German Shepards.
